This podcast (+ Video) starts with an introductory season sampler: about a half-dozen topics. These will:
stake out the wide range of how we form identity
serve as introductions to deeper discussion
This will be followed by mini-series (3-? episodes), each focused on one topic or theme that unites multiple closely-related topics.
This will be presented as a topic-centric feed.
Content will come from:
1-on-1 & small group interviews (AKA panel discussions)
Sampling of others’ existing speaking on podcasts, speeches…
Explanatory voice over by host(s)
Conversations will be edited, sampled for higher density (maybe with an unedited feed of entire interviews)
Hook/deliverables: Along with deep discussion, will include highly practical & applicable action steps

Looking for conversational partners: guests and (co)hosts. There is so much to be done here, I’d happily take a backseat (e.g. a producer role) whether on the miniseries, or later down the line.
