1. Introduction

These terms of service (“Terms”) outline the agreement between the client (“Client”) and Stefan Bielski, operating under the brand “2bschool” as a part of Professions on Purpose LLC (the “Coach”). By engaging in coaching sessions, the Client agrees to abide by these Terms.

2. Services Provided

The Coach offers personalized Graduate school admissions coaching and consulting services. The goal is to enhance the Client’s chances of admission to top grad school programs

3. No Guarantees

While the Coach is committed to providing high-quality coaching, it is essential to understand that no guarantees can be made regarding the Client’s performance or competitive outcomes. Admissions is influenced by various factors, including some opaque processes. Therefore, the Coach cannot assure that the Client will receive a favorable outcome after working together.

4. Force Majeure

The Coach shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, civil unrest, strikes, or other unforeseen events.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Coach’s liability is limited to the fees paid by the Client for the coaching services. The Coach shall not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the coaching relationship.

6. Payment and Invoicing

Payment terms and invoicing details will be specified separately. The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fees promptly.

7. Missed Sessions and Make-Up

If the Coach misses a session, both parties will work together to find a mutually agreeable time for a makeup session. Given the limited opportunities in the racing calendar, this may require a non-race practice day.

The Coach is not responsible for missed sessions beyond his control (see Force Majeure section) In case of multiple cancellations beyond the control of the client, the Coach will make reasonable efforts to reschedule sessions or provide alternative arrangements.

8. Termination and Cancellation

• The Coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship by refunding pro-rated fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Refunds: 2bschool does not offer refunds on coaching services. The focus is on coaching clients to achieve their highest level of success. This commitment requires full investment from the client in their coaching package.
• Commitment: Clients are encouraged to decide before purchasing a coaching package whether 2bschool is the right fit for them. The coaching relationship thrives when both parties are fully committed.
